What is Effectual Calling?

Effectual Calling, is the work of Gods Spirit, whereby, convincing us, of our sin, and misery, enlightning our minds in the knowledg of Christ, and renewing our Wills, he doth perswade, and enable us, to embrace Iesus Christ, freely offered to us in the Gospel.
