The Almighty God that Created all Things, and gave them their Being, by his infinite Power and Wisdom, doth Sustain, and Uphold, and Move,a Direct, Dispose, and Govern,b all Creatures and Things, from the greatest to the least,c according to the Counsel of his own good Will and Pleasure, for his own Glory, and his Creatures good.d
